    All you will need to access this course is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.

  • How much time will I have to invest?

    The course is self-paced but we recommend you invest a minimum of 10-12 hours to gain the greatest impact.

  • How long will I have access to the course materials?

    Six months. If you need access after the program has expired, please contact us.

David has extensive experience specialising in leadership, management, strategy, project management, and organisational change. David is a highly energetic, charismatic, and committed leader who takes pride in inspiring others to reach their full potential and allowing organisations to find their competitive edge. David’s experience stems from fourteen years as a leader within the Australian Army as an Army Officer. He was directly responsible for managing highly diverse teams and projects ranging in size and complexity. He has specialist skills in raising, training, and sustaining teams, risk management, and significant hands-on experience understanding, analysing, and developing group dynamics.

Melissa Bardsley

Program Manager

Melissa is the Program Manager with The Eighth Mile Consulting specialising in leadership and customer experience, specifically focused on bridging the gap between pre-sale expectations and post-sale execution. Based in the US, Melissa has more than 20 years of experience focused in three industries; banking & finance, industrial automation & manufacturing, and Healthcare IT (SaaS). She has focused on making improvements to customer support, call center metrics, and customer satisfaction, working to exceed customer expectations. This experience became the foundation for her unique coaching and mentoring style.

Jonathan Clark

COO

Jonathan is a Director of The Eighth Mile Consulting, specialising in change management, leadership, human resource strategies, strategy development and communication. Jonathan’s skills enable him to make sense of organisational disruption and mentor people in identifying solutions to complex problems. Jonathan has 20 years of experience in leadership, strategic implementation, people management, organisational change, high-performance leadership, and team dynamics. The majority of his experience is drawn from time spent serving as an Infantry officer in the Australian Defence Force. Following a successful military career, he led high-end digital projects and further consults and facilitates for various industries on leadership, change management and building high-performing teams. Jonathan is an expert listener who understands people. He thrives in facilitating, networking, and guiding individuals and organisations to succeed and build on their performance.
